"MOVING IN" CHECKLIST

After you get the keys to your new home, it is important that you immediately do the following:

• Forward mail from your old residence to your new home address: U.S. Postal Service - Changing Address

• Apply for electric, gas, water, and telephone services into your own name (since we will immediate terminate our account.)

• Optionally, you may connect Cable TV and Broadband Internet service.

• Inform Property Managers of new phone number.

• Re-key the locks and send the extra key to Property Managers.

• Begin your credit education. Order your credit reports to begin credit clean-up. By Federal law, everyone is eligible for a FREE Credit Report once a year. Alabama Residents visit AnnualCreditReport.com.
